doug-jonesDouglas R. Jones is one of the founders and a principal shareholder of the Elder Law Practice of Douglas R. Jones & Cynthia Orlicek Jones.

Mr. Jones graduated with honors from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, earning a degree in Business Management. He then received his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

He is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Elder Council and several other related professional associations.

Mr. Jones has been a frequent lecture in business and trust law for professional groups across the state.

Mr. Jones is a member of Cabot United Methodist Church where he has served on several committees and has taught Disciple Bible Study. He has been in private practice of law since 1985.

Mr. Jones and his wife Cynthia have three children and live in Cabot, Arkansas.

CYNTHIA ORLICEK JONES

cynthiaCynthia Orlicek Jones is also a founder and a principal shareholder of the Elder Law Practice of Douglas R. Jones & Cynthia Orlicek Jones. Mrs. Orlicek Jones graduated from Arkansas State University, earning a degree in Business Management. She then received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is a member of several professional organizations and has been in private practice since 1987.

Cynthia Orlicek Jones practices primarily in the areas of elder law and special needs law and has helped many Arkansas residents with these issues. She has spoken before many groups about elder law issues and is considered as one of the areas’ premier elder law attorneys.

Mrs. Orlicek Jones is a member of Cabot United Methodist Church where she has served on the Board of Trustees and several other committees. She served for several years as a member of the Board of Directors of Beyond Boundaries on Lonoke County and has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Lonoke County Habitat for Humanity.

Cynthia resides with her husband, Doug and three children in Cabot, Arkansas.
