Arkansas Adopts DRA

Brief discussion of the Deficit Reduction Act, which was signed into law by President Bush on February 8, 2008 and incorporated into Arkansas law on October 1, 2006. This law drastically changed qualification criterial for Medicaid, which pays for Long Term Care, after you have spent all of you own money.
